However, obesity is not anymore a problem by just changing your habit in taking your meals. Most of the powerful medicinal plants and herbs are not palatable except if it will undergo processing. The procedure is 100% NO CHEMICAL PRESERVATIVE.
These are some of the ingredients found in formulation:
CHAMOMILE PLANTS, The fresh plant is strongly and agreeably aromatic giving its smell before it has been seen whistle stepping on the wild. Preparations are a decoction, an infusion, the extract and the oil. The volatile oil is yielded by distillation, but is lost in the preparation of the extract. Boiling also dissipates the oil. Its aromatic fragrance gives no hint of bitterness of taste.
Herbal usages:
Preferably, is used as infusion of tea. It is used as a tonic, stoma chic, anodyne (relieves pain), and anti-spasmodic. As a volatile oil it has an anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties that help relieve inflamed and irritated conditions, tension and colicky pains. Chamomile tea is effective remedy for hysterical and nervous afflictions in women, as well as (promotes menstrual flow) thus is used in premenstrual tension. The tea is steeped up to 10 minutes in a covered container so not to have its essences lost to atmosphere. One teaspoon of flowers is used per cup of tea. Can be use in externally inflammatory wash for treating skin and respiratory irritation good as an inhalation for treating catarrh (mucous) of the nose, throat and bronchus? Essential oil of chamomile can be used to help keep bunions under control and to treat Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, sciatica and bone and joint problems through its ant inflammatory properties its herb is an ingredient in many herb mixtures. The pure and gentle powdered herb is convenient for everyday use also used for a lotion, for external application in toothache, earache, neuralgia, etc. One ounce of the dried herb is infused in 1 pint of boiling water and allowed to cool. The herb has also been employed in hot fomentations in cases of local and intestinal inflammation.
Chamomile has a powerful soothing and sedative effect which is harmless. It is used for agitation generated by too much mental activity and too little physical activity. Also used in insomnia, as it helps to promote sleep when changing time zone while traveling. As a pain formula, the anodyne and antispasmodic herb is used as a sedative and carminative (relieves flatulence) and for headaches and muscular pain. A tincture is used to cure diarrhea in children and it is used with purgatives to prevent griping, and as a tonic it helps dropsy. It also reduces fever and calms restlessness in children. As a mild pain reliever, it is formulated as geyserites to soothe children on airplanes and is helpful to alleviate crankiness during the teething period.
Extracting the herb in vegetable glycerin and distilled water makes Glycerites. They do not contain the full range of medicinal constituents, but still have mild therapeutic effects. This makes the bitter tasting extracts more palatable for children when used as a base. Recently it is used to alleviate the nervousness associated with nicotine withdrawal while stimulating defoliation and expectoration in Quit Smoking Formula. It is also used as a mouthwash for gingivitis. Externally, it can be applied alone or with other herbs as a poultice to relieve pain, swellings, inflammation and neuralgia. Bags may be loosely stuffed with flowers and steeped well in boiling water before being applied as a fomentation. The antiseptic powers of Chamomile are stated to be 120 times stronger than seawater. Oranges are widely grown in warm climates worldwide, and the flavors of oranges vary from sweet to sour. The fruit is commonly peeled and eaten fresh, or squeezed for its juice. It has a thick bitter rind that is
usually discarded, but can be processed into animal feed by removing water, using pressure and heat. It is also used in certain recipes as flavoring or a garnish. The outer-most layer of the rind is grated
or thinly veneered with a tool called a zestier, to produce orange zest, popular in cooking because it has a flavor similar to the fleshy inner part of the orange. The white part of the rind, called the per carp or alb Edo and including the pith, is a source of pectin and has nearly the same amount of vitamin C as the flesh.
Products made from oranges include:
Sweet orange oil, a by-product of the juice industry produced by pressing the peel. It is used as a flavorings of food and drink and for its fragrance in perfume and aromatherapy. Sweet orange oil consists of about 90% d-Limonene, a solvent used in various household chemicals, such as to condition wooden furniture, and along with other citrus oils in grease removal and as a hand-cleansing agent. It is an efficient cleaning agent that is promoted as being environmentally friendly and preferable to petroleum distillates. However, d-Limonene causes cancer in rats and is classified as toxic or very toxic in several countries. Some than those of other cleaning agents considers its smell more pleasant.
In Spain, fallen blossoms are dried and then used to make tea. Putting beehives in the citrus grove during blossom, which citrus honey is produced by putting beehives in the citrus groves during bloom, which also pollinates seeded citrus varieties. Orange blossom honey is highly prized, and tastes much like orange.
Marmalade, a conserve usually made with Seville oranges. All parts of the orange are used to make marmalade: the pith and pips are separated, and typically placed in a muslin bag where they are boiled in the juice (and sliced peel) to extract their pectin, aiding the setting process. Since oranges are susceptible to frost damage, growers commonly use sprinklers to coat them with ice when temperatures go below freezing. Some languages have different words for the bitter and the sweet orange, such as Modern Greek nerantzi and portokali, respectively. Or in Persian, the words are narang and porteghal (Portugal), in the same order. The citrus orange can cure relate in some ailments or diseases as follows: Digestion, Nauzea, Vomiting, good for assisting the body of getting rid of excess mucus, and relieving cough.

Class:

Brassicales
Family:
Caricaceae
Genus:
Carica
Species:
C. papaya
Binomial name:
Carica papaya
It is a small tree, the single stem growing from 5 to 10 m tall, with spirally arranged leaves confined to the top of the trunk; the lower trunk is conspicuously scarred where leaves and fruit were borne. The leaves are large, 50-70 cm diameter, deeply palmately lobed with 7 lobes. The tree is usually unbranched if unlopped. The flowers are similar in shape to the flowers of the Plumeria but are much smaller and wax like. They appear on the axils of the leaves, maturing into the large 15-45 cm long, 10-30 cm diameter fruit. The fruit is ripe when it feels soft (like a ripe avocado or a bit softer) and its skin has attained amber to orange hue. The fruit's taste is vaguely similar to pineapple and peach, although much milder without the tartness, creamier, and more fragrant, with a texture of slightly over-ripened cantaloupe.
Cultivation and uses of Papaya output originally from southern Mexico, Central America and northern South America, the papaya is now cultivated in most countries with a tropical climate like Brazil, India, South Africa, Sri Lanka and the Philippines. The ripe fruit is usually eaten raw, without the skin or seeds. The unripe green fruit of papaya can be eaten cooked, usually in curries, salads and stews. Papaya is rich in an enzyme called papain, a protease that is useful in tenderizing meat and other proteins. Its ability to break down tough meat fibers was utilized for thousands of years by indigenous Americans. It is included as a component in powdered meat tenderizers, and is also marketed in tablet form to remedy digestive problems. Papain is also popular (in countries where it grows) as a topical application in the treatment of cuts, rashes, stings and burns. Papain ointment is commonly made from fermented papaya flesh, and is applied as a gel-like paste.
Caution should be taken when harvesting, as papaya is known to release a latex fluid when not quite ripe, which can cause irritation and provoke allergic reaction in some people. The papaya fruit and leaves also contain carpaine, an anthelmintic alkaloid that could be dangerous in high doses. Ripe papaya kept for sale at a local market.
Women of the world have long used papaya as a folk remedy for contraception and abortion. [citation needed] Medical research in animals has confirmed the contraceptive and abortifacient capability of papaya, and also found that papaya seeds have contraceptive effects in adult male langur monkeys, possibly in adult male humans as well. Unripe papaya is especially effective in large amounts or high doses. Papaya is not teratogenic and will not cause miscarriage in small, ripe amounts. Physiochemical in papaya may suppress the effects of progesterone. The black seeds are edible and have a sharp, spicy taste. They are sometimes ground up and used as a substitute for black pepper. In some parts of Asia the young leaves of papaya are steamed and eaten like spinach.
Excessive consumption of papaya, as of carrots, can cause carotenemia, the yellowing of soles and palms, which is otherwise harmless. The papaya fruit is susceptible to the Papaya Fruit Fly. This wasp-like fly lays its eggs in young fruit.
Ethnomedical AND Medical Usages
* The mature (ripe) fruit treats ringworm; green fruits treat high blood pressure, and are used as an aphrodisiac. * The fruit can be directly applied topically to skin sores. * The seeds are anti-inflammatory and analgesic, and they are used to treat Stomachache and fungal infections. * The leaves are used as a heart tonic, analgesic, and to treat stomachache. * The roots are used as an analgesic.

Hibiscus is name known in the Philippines as GUMAMELA FLOWER
Hibiscus, or rose mallow, is a large genus of about 200–220 species of flowering plants in the family Malvaceae, native to warm temperate, subtropical and tropical regions throughout the world. The genus includes both annual and perennial herbaceous plants, and woody shrubs and small trees. The leaves are alternate, simple, and ovate to lanceolate, often with a toothed or lobed margin. The flowers are large, conspicuous, trumpet-shaped, with five or more petals, ranging from white to pink, red, purple or yellow, and from 4-15 cm broad. The fruit is a dry five-lobed capsule, containing several seeds in each lobe, which are released when the capsule splits open at maturity. Prevent constipation, bladder infections, nausea and high blood pressures.
A white hibiscus flower in Hawaii. A red Hibiscus of Kerala (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis). Many species are grown for their showy flowers or used as landscape shrubs. One species of Hibiscus, known as Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus), is extensively used in papermaking. Another, roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) is used as a vegetable and to make herbal teas and jams (especially in the Caribbean). In Mexico, the Jamaican drink is quite popular and is made from calyces of the roselle plant. In Egypt and Sudan, roselle petals make a tea named after the plant, karkade. Hibiscus species are used as food plants by the larvae of some Lepidoptera species including Chionodes hibiscella, Hypercompe hambletoni, the Nutmeg moth, and the Turnip Moth. The Hibiscus is used as an offering to God Kali and Lord Ganesha in Hindu worship.
The bark of the hibiscus contains strong fibers. They can be obtained by letting the stripped bark sit in the sea in order to let the organic material rot away. In Polynesia these fibers (fau, pūrau) are used for making grass skirts. They have also been known to be used to make wigs. Hibiscus, especially white hibiscus is considered to have medicinal properties in the Indian traditional system of medicine, Ayurveda. Roots make various decoctions believed to cure various ailments. In temperate zones, probably the most commonly grown ornamental species is Hibiscus syriacus, the common garden Hibiscus, also known in some areas as the "Rose of Althea" or "Rose of Sharon" (but not to be confused with the unrelated Hypericum calycinum, also called "Rose of Sharon"). In tropical and subtropical areas, the Chinese hibiscus (H. rosa-sinensis), with its many showy hybrids, is the most popular hibiscus.

Methionine is an amino acid with the chemical formula HO2CCH (NH2) CH2CH2SCH3. This essential is classified as nonpolar. Together with cysteine, methionine is one of two sulfur-containing proteinogenic amino acids. Its derivative S-adenosyl methionine (SAM) serves as a methyl donor. Methionine plays a role in the biosynthesis of cysteine, carnitine, and taurine (by the transsulfuration pathway), lecithin production, the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine, and other phospholipids. Improper conversion of methionine can lead to atherosclerosis. Methionine is one of only two amino acids encoded by a single codon (AUG) in the standard genetic code (tryptophan, encoded by UGG, is the other). The codon AUG is also significant, in that it carries the "Start" message for a ribosome to begin protein translation from RNA. As a consequence, methionine is incorporated into the N-terminal position of all proteins in eukaryotes and archaea during translation, although it is usually removed by post-translational modification.
Biosynthesis
As an essential amino acid, methionine is not synthesized in humans; hence we must ingest methionine or methionine-containing proteins. In plants and microorganisms, methionine is synthesized via a pathway that uses both aspartic acid and cysteine. First, aspartic acid is converted via ß-aspartyl-semialdehyde into homoserine, introducing the pair of contiguous methylene groups. Homoserine converts to O-succinyl homoserine, which then reacts with cysteine to produce cystathionine, which is cleaved to yield homocysteine. Subsequent methylation of the thiol group by folates affords methionine. Both cystathionine-?-synthase and cystathionine-ß-lyase require Pyridoxyl-5'-phosphate as a cofactor, whereas homocysteine methyltransferase requires Vitamin B12 as a cofactor. (High levels of Methionine are sesame seeds, Brazil nuts, fish meats, spinach, potatoes, and boiled corn)
Enzymes involved in methionine biosynthesis:
aspartokinase
ß-aspartate semialdehyde dehydrogenase
homoserine dehydrogenase
homoserine acyltransferase
cystathionine-?-synthase
cystathionine-ß-lyase
methionine synthase (in mammals, this step is performed by homocysteine methyltransferase)

WE ARE THE CHILDREN IN THIS WORLD! Do you want us to be aborted?…..
Abortion is a termination of a pregnancy after, accompanied by,
resulting in, or closely followed by the death of the embryo or fetus:
as a spontaneous expulsion of a human fetus during the first 12 weeks
of gestation – compare as MISCARRIAGE that induced expulsion of
innocent child.
Melchor Caballes Amante featured above is an Engineering
student of the Cebu Institute of Technology and the Project Enumerator
of CRCAI. His inspirations was collected while working and studying
combined to augment the organization's dreams.
But how, we can augment this survival scenario of
these small street children roaming around the cities? It seems they
just also qualified as gradually aborted by their owned parents who has
No Shelters, No Food to eat, because of this Global POVERTY.
Humanity is not considerable to this small street children’s who
are being deprived of some protection or advantages, they were facing
danger in their daily routine, walking in the open streets, sky walks
and sidewalks even in the churches, markets and supermarket shopping
malls who kept
on begging everyday to the Public
community just to
earned in order to live and survived. The Presidential Commission for
the Urban Poor, as they narrated that their annual budgets is only
Fifty (50) Million Pesos for the entire Philippines that comprises the
Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Our organization had evaluated that the
appropriated budget is not enough to circulate their logistic funds in
addressing the needs of these indigents or so called Urban and Rural
Poor Sectors. If our Governments failed to impose and implements the
main roots of over populations and alleviate poverty, it seems these
problems can not be solved among themselves.
Minimizing or imposing the Population control methods is the exact solutions.
The correct
Accumulations of Funds /Budgets could be attainable in resolving
poverty, educations, Housing, employment and other basic services.
This
will automatically resolved all kinds of criminality like Robbery in
Band, Kidnapping, Drug Trafficking, Rampant Prostitutions and other child abuse related to
poverty. Intellectually speaking the implementation of family welfare code of the Philippines did not suitably implemented.
The Philippine Governments, had overseen this core values,
concurrently, so many duplicate Government agency installed, which is
very unnecessary and obviously ineffective. The creations of these
unwanted Departments including the installations of so many Secretary
and Under-Secretaries must be abolished nor terminated. While the PORK
BARREL of some Congressmen did not properly used to their owned
regional constituents, as they are funny in constructions SKY WALK,
some Ghost Projects and others, just to satisfy their owned personal
interest of profits.

It is a requirement to be rich in order to help, because how can you help others if you can not sustain yourself?
This chinese name Hong Kiao Chua Khe now commonly known as Richard Ong Khe Hong Kiao in the Philippines became one of the prominent businessmen in Cebu whose shipping company is known anywhere in Visayas and Mindanao. Now presently, the corporate auditor of CRCAI/RICODE. He never ceased to be part of the community and
sacrifices to be away from his family to continue his personal mission
to serve humanity.
When the shipping industry is still young in the Philippines, Richard Ong Khe Hong Kiao work hard but humbled himself joining with the poor masses to feel the real life of the laborers, ordinary employees and adapted the life of Sakamuni Buddha. With his economic status he maintained to be of service to his fellowmen using his personal resources serving the community without asking for any return. He reiterates that.......
"You must work hard in order to gain profits and serve humanity, it is impractical to serve or help others if even yourself is helpless."
He sees to it that the funds of CRCAI was properly used in the operations and evaluate the sourcing of funds by inviting also his business colleagues to join the terrain of the organizations advocacy. With this effort, he was able to have a joint campaign with Suki.com Publishing Enterprises for an Advocacy of advertising activities through online joint ventures for equal sharing. Finally, he endorsed and recommend the approval and immediate implementation of this project through resolution 08-028-2007 unanimously carried by the Board of Directors of CRCAI/RICODE as stipulated hereunder.
Every moment, I've always ask myself "Did I make it to the success of my dreams and advocacy". During my tour of duty as an active member of the Philippine National Police whose task is to protect the people and to conserve the law of the land, I'd encountered a lot of radicals, sensationalists, protesters, syndicated crimes, kidnappings and other related violence, that are against the government.
The Philippines was known to be a chaos country wherein anonymous summary execution happened.....
The Government welcomed and hosted the visit of this Public Services International delegates, a global
trade union federation that sent a mission to look into the killings,
condemned "the disregard for life and liberty" that has claimed the
lives of 80 trade unionists.
PSI urged the government to put in place a transparent process of
dialog and a permanent independent in a monitoring mechanism for trade
union and human rights abuses.
Even I am a newly retiree, I'd still followed my dreams and advocacies, I'd receive offers from different agencies to perform new tasks but why should I carry HEAVEN if it's HELL on my part. Yah economically speaking, the offer is the best in town and Heaven for my family but I'm not happy with it. I will only pass once in this life so I have to make the best out of it.
I'd searched to someone whose dreams and advocacies was aligned with mine and I found this very humble man Mr. Rogelio V. Amante whose vision is to resolve or minimize extra judicial killings that is contrary to the bad motive of an anonymous executioner.
The success of CRCAI is an apogee for others but for me and for Mr. Amante, we're not even marking the highest percentage of free services to the local community.
The global community is huge and the two of us can't do it alone thus, I'd work with his organization whose ambitions is also huge..... and that is.....
to serve HUMANITY.
Extra judicial killings of aforementioned criminals is not a mere solution, it purely violates the human rights without the due process of law. Any hidden criminals has the right to protect himself in court unless otherwise proven guilty.
HOW TO STOP EXTRA JUDICIAL KILLINGS?
The primordial solution are:
Resolve the Unemployment and eradicate poverty.
Attainable or if not FREE Education.
Proper distribution of land like implementing the (CARP) Comprehensive Agrarian reform Program to all beneficiaries as determined by the Department of Agrarian Reform.
Permanent solutions for Housing Programs for the homeless, street children, the old aged and others.
Full budget appropriation intended for the poverty upliftment program allocation, Presidential Commission for the Urban and Rural Poor Sectors among others, basic services.
RICODE Community then was formulated because of the above mentioned problems arising in our region including other provinces. The organization can not suffice the dreams in continuing the mission with out your direct support from your end.
